Lettuce salad with tomatosIn an effort to help kids learn how to eat healthy at school, the School Lunch – What’s on Your Tray? campaign teaches students about nutrition and helps them understand that eating a healthy, nutritious school lunch is essential.

The campaign kicked off at the beginning of August, 2010 and runs through October, 2010, culminating in National School Lunch Week, Oct. 11-15, 2010.
